Buckeye Subsidiary Open Season On South Texas Pipeline

January 5, 2018

A Texas-based midstreamer is into a binding open season to move oil and condensate from the Permian Basin to south and southeast portions of the state.

A subsidiary of Buckeye Partners said it’s working on the 513-mile South Texas Gateway Pipeline to move 600,000 barrels per day along a route from the Permian and Gardendale, Texas, to Corpus Christi, Ingleside and Houston.

Plans call for the pipeline to be in service in 2020.
