Dallas-based Enlink Midstream is planning a fast turnaround on a newly-constructed crude oil gathering system in the Northern Delaware Basin.
Initial operations are expected by the end of September of this year, with full-service operations expected to begin in the first quarter of next year.
To be called the Avenger Crude Oil Gathering System, anchored by a 10-year contract with Devon Energy Corp. the line will be supported by dedications from Devon‘s Todd Basin (in Eddy and Lea Counties, New Mexico) and Potato Basin (Eddy County, New Mexico) development areas, Enlink said.
Enlink plans a $35- to $40-million capital expenditure investment this year in the Avenger line, through a partnership that includes EnLink Midstream Partners, LP and EnLink Midstream, LLC.
