Wolf Midstream Partners is launching a binding open season for long term shipping commitments on its proposed new pipeline.
The plan is for the Red Wolf Crude Connector, a 40-mile 16-inch line with initial capacity of 120,000 bpd, originating in Howard County near Big Spring, connecting to Wolf’s existing crude terminal and downstream connections near Colorado City.
Open season began November 14th and continues through December 14th at 4 pm CST.
“Construction activities have begun and, pending the results of the open season, Wolf expects the Red Wolf Crude Connector to commence full commercial operations in the third quarter of 2019,” the company noted Wednesday.
