November 1, 2019

Phillips 66 says its expecting it’s Gray Oak Pipeline to be online this month.

The company owns 42% of Gray Oak, which has already started line-filling, with a startup later in the month and full service expected to begin during the first quarter of 2020.

The pipeline is expected to move 900K bbl/day of crude from the Permian and Eagle Ford to destinations near Houston and Corpus Christi and will connect with the South Texas Gateway Terminal project (of which Phillips 66 owns 25%), which would build a new crude terminal in Corpus Christi, according to Phillips estimates.
