Two Baker Botts Energy Lawyers Land at Paul Hastings Houston

Two Baker Botts energy specialty lawyers have moved to the international law firm Paul Hastings‘ Houston office.

Ned Crady and David Peterman join as partners and moved into their offices on Tuesday.

They were part of a nine-lawyer energy transactions group at Baker Botts, where they landed from Norton Rose Fulbright in early 2017, according to Law.com.

Peterman said he represents mostly energy sector domestic and international public and private companies concentrating on M&A.

Crady has worked on power sector energy projects and transactions as well as in oil and gas in the US and Brazil, Canada, Mexico, Spain and Venezuela, among other places.
