Philips 66 Partners LP has set spot rates for shipping on its new Gray Oak crude pipeline within Texas.
According to a filing last week, a spot rate of $4.75 a barrel is set to ship crude on its new 900,000-barrel-per-day line, going into effect on October 25th, and apply only to accelerated commissioning services expected to being November 10th.
In addition, Reuters reports that Phillips also set rates at $4.75 a barrel to transport crude within Texas for committed shippers, and it’s not clear what rates are intended for transport to delivery points in the Houston and Corpus Christi areas.
The Gray Oak pipeline is the largest of three new pipelines connecting the Permian to the Gulf Coast.
